I sent a terse note to the people, this this the exchange so far.

EVILBETTY Aug 23, 00:12 MSK You have changed the benefits of VIP levels with no reason or warning. The benefits were noted and awarded with every level and I fully expected them to stay as they were. Now you have cheated me and everyone else who has remained a loyal player. You should be ashamed. Everyone who has worked around your poor coding, errors and lack of support has been slapped in the face. You are not doing me a favor, I am doing you a favor. Business is business but where is your gratitude? At the very least your greed should have kept you from switching a paid for product to useless waste. You increase difficulty and reduce rewards with every update, is that not enough to satisfy you? Restore the VIP benefits to their previous levels.

This "test" sounds like something your company is saying to cover this bait-and-switch policy. You would be better served to do away with this program altogether.
